Throughout his near ten years in the field, Dertrez has played a crucial role in helping owner users secure suitable spaces for their operations. He has also guided investors through the complexities of the capital markets, ensuring they make informed decisions and maximize their returns.
Dertrez's commitment to professional growth is evident in his pursuit of certifications. He is currently dedicated to obtaining his Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM) and has recently completed his Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designee training. These certifications
demonstrate his dedication to staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Kay Shankle is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background. With expertise in office management and business operations, she has successfully assisted with the overall structure and development of a local notary signing company and small business law firm of which, both are still in business and continue to use practices she’s implemented. Ms. Shankle is a certified notary and e-notary
for the state of Nevada.
Ms. Shankle graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology in August of 2023 and has plans to further her education beyond this degree. Ms. Shankle is a results-driven and self-
